John Weiser is great! I have been meaning to fill-out this survey and never do. I really enjoy taking my Yukon to Faulkner. I usually chat with the salesman Charlie, its like seeing an old friend. I will miss talking with him when he retires. John has been great, always getting me scheduled in a promptly manner and not pushing all kinds of extra services that i am not interested in. However, since I drive a lot, I really try to use the accrued GMC points to do some of the services that are recommended. If i had 3 wishes, I would wish for a high top counter so that I could work from my laptop a little easier. Maybe a covered outside patio area to take work phone calls so not to annoy other customers. The last thing is the website for scheduling services is usually hard to work with or find an appointment that is convenient. Maybe preschedule appointments based on my driving habits, such as miles driven monthly. For GMC, it would be great if my App would work with my phone. I called GMC they said to try installing the App again, I;ve done it multiple times and it still does not work. I will have to call again.
