Confirmed Service Customer
After being told I would be called with an update on my car (check engine light was on) I had to follow up repeatedly to get news. When I picked my car up (had to go find it in the parking lot) I found it dirty with paper mats and service tickets still on the mirror. Like the Envision, expect better service.
