While my car was there, John Weiser called me and said I have a missing lug nut on one of my tires and I need it for the inspection. Then he said that he "found" a lug nut that would fit (meaning it was not the correct lug nut) but it had to be re-threaded. He said it would still be cheaper than ordering a new one. So I told him to go ahead. I was charged $9.75 for the lug nut he "found" and $89.98 for it to be re-threaded for a total of $99.73. So I called O'Neil Buick and found out that the part cost under $7.00! Why did I pay almost $100???? I feel like I was taken advantage of and feel betrayed. I would like for someone from Faulkner Buick to contact me about this situation! If not, I guess I will go to O'Neil Buick for service in the future!

Everything went very simple and convenient very nice organization
